While every effort has been made to ensure that the information and prices displayed on the website are accurate and true, it is possible that errors may occur whether due to data entry or system errors. Get Cycling reserves the right to correct any and/or all errors should they occur and will not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Errors and omissions are specifically excluded.
Value Added Tax
Prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 14%. Exports to foreign countries attract 0% Value Added Tax and the system will automatically calculate the correct prices during checkout.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of email and/or telephone.
Returns & Refund Policy
The provision of goods and services by Get Cycling is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Get Cycling will refund the client in full within 3 business days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 3% administration fee.
Payment options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer to bank account, the details of which will be provided at checkout or on request.
Credit Card Acquiring & Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Get Cycling via PayU (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Visit https://southafrica.payu.com/ for more information.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Get Cycling separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayU secure site. For more detail on PayU refer to https://southafrica.payu.com/.
Merchant outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Get Cycling takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
